CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION: All reservations will be held with a credit/debit card. If less than 48 hours notice is given in the event of you needing to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). In the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). I also reserve the right to not allow you to book with me in the future. ​ RE-DO/REFUND: I DO NOT offer refunds on hair services. If any issues arise with your hair, please reach out to me with in 7 days of your initial appointment to discuss adjustments.
